Divine Blocker does not collect, transmit, or store any data outside of your device. There are no servers, no databases, and no third parties involved in the operation of this extension.

What We Store

The following information is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted anywhere:

  • Your religion or deity preference
  • Your blocked sites list
  • Your streak and usage statistics
  • Your password hash (never sent anywhere)

Permissions Explained

declarativeNetRequest Lets Chrome block URLs natively — the extension never reads the URLs themselves.
storage Saves your settings on your device only.
alarms Runs scheduled tasks such as password rotation.
notifications Shows browser notifications when relevant.
tabs Reads the current tab URL solely to display the block page.
activeTab Accesses the currently active tab for the same purpose.
